Go on a 1.5-hour tour of the night sky wherever you are, whether at home or on vacation. I’ll set up my telescope(s) and show you stars, galaxies, planets, and more as we talk about constellations, historical perspectives, and other feats of astronomy.
Guided by passion, you’ll finish the night in awe of the cosmos above…

Dark Sky Stargazing Tours
- Group of 2: $100 per adult, $50 per child 4 – 12 years old
- $250 for a group of 3-5 people
- $300 for a group of 6-8 people
- $400 for a group of 9-10 people
- Free for children 0-3 years old
Tours are first come, first serve. Up to 10 people may attend your event. If there are fewer than 5 people in your group, I will ask if you are comfortable adding one more group to your tour if the same time slot is requested. This is optional and both groups in the session will receive a 25% discount.
Urban/Suburban Stargazing Tours
- $75/person for first two adults
- $125 total for 1 adult, 1 child 4-12 years old
- $200 for all other groups up to 10 people maximum
Please ask about special pricing if you have more than 10 people in your group or are part of an organization/tour group.
Telescope Training
I will come to your home and teach you how to use your own telescope!
Cost is dependent on type of telescope: $50 – $300
Typically 1 hour; up to 2 hours for more complex telescopes.
Yes! I travel the entire country.
Find out when I’m near you for the most convenient scheduling. I cover most of the United States, but different states have different seasons of viewing opportunity based on seasonal weather and cloud conditions. Travel fees apply beyond 3-hours of drive time.
You may schedule up to 12 months in advance. Unless I explicitly waive it, a 50% deposit is required at confirmation for events more than 7 days out. For events within 7 days, a deposit is not required. If a required deposit is not received after 7 days, your event date is subject to forfeit until the minimum deposit is received.
Rescheduling due to weather is always free, and your event reservation is good for 365 days past the scheduled event date.
